sendmail -t 实现邮件抄送

在发送文件MAIL_FILE的内容中添加

Cc: $cc_list

senmail 发送参数使用 -t参数，形如：

/usr/lib/sendmail -t < ${MAIL_FILE}

这样在发送邮件时会自动扫描发送文件中的To Cc等内容。
